I'm Isabelle, founder of The Invisible Thread.

I spent 20+ years in international business operations — procurement, tender management, process optimisation across international companies. I learned how to streamline workflows, manage complex systems, and get things done efficiently.

When I left corporate, I initially offered multilingual virtual assistant services. But as I built my own website and started automating my own business processes, something shifted.

I fell in love with it.

The problem-solving. The efficiency. Watching manual workflows transform into automated systems. I realised this was what I wanted to build — not manage admin tasks for others, but create automations that give people their time back.

So I pivoted. Now I help small businesses automate the repetitive tasks stealing their time — quotes, invoicing, reports, data entry. Using the tools they already have.

If there is, I go deeper. I look at how your business actually runs and produce a clear picture of what can be automated, in what order, and what it's worth in time saved. You keep that, whatever you decide next. If you go ahead with a build, the €500 comes off the price.

I'll send you a clear proposal outlining the solution, timeline, and investment required. No surprises, no hidden costs.

Build

Once you approve the proposal, I design and build your custom automation on your account — so you own it completely. Every build ships with an alert that tells me the moment anything stops running.

Delivery & Hand-off

You get your working automation. I'll walk you through how it runs and answer any questions you have.

30-Day Support

For the first month, I'm here to fix any issues, answer questions, and make sure everything runs smoothly. After that, ongoing maintenance is available as a paid add-on.

How pricing works

Every business is different, so every automation is too. Instead of a fixed package, you move through three clear stages. You always know what you're paying for, and why.

1. Audit · €500

  • Find where your time is leaking I look at how your business actually runs and show you exactly what can be automated, and what it's worth. Either way, you walk away with a clear picture.
  • Credited toward your build If you go ahead with a build, the €500 comes off the price. So the audit costs you nothing if we work together.

2. Build

Every build includes mapping your automation journey, a walkthrough of how it works, and a built-in alert that tells me the moment anything stops running.

  • Single-flow build · from €1,500 One process automated from start to finish. For example, a quote request comes in and a finished PDF quote goes out, with no manual steps in between.
  • Multi-step build · from €3,000 A longer process with several stages and some decision-making. For example, an order comes in, gets logged, triggers a confirmation, updates your tracking, and schedules a follow-up.
  • Multi-system build · from €5,000 Several tools connected so they work as one. For example, your form, your spreadsheet, your invoicing, and your email all sharing data automatically instead of you copying between them.

3. Maintenance · €250/month

  • Monitored, not left to chance Every build tells me the moment it stops working, so problems get caught before they cost you anything.
  • Priority fixes when you need them If something breaks, it gets fixed fast. You're not waiting in a queue or paying by the hour.
  • Optional Maintenance is there if you want the peace of mind. If you'd rather handle fixes as they come, one-off support is available too.
